We have 39 homes sites in Stewart Ranch Phase 1, 2 & 4. All homes will require:

Homes will follow the exterior color palette selected by the Ivory Homes design team for Stewart Ranches.
All home exteriors will be subject to approval from the Architectural Review Committee.
The subdivision is recorded and ready to go. We will build as quickly as a permit can be obtained.

A $10,000 non-refundable deposit is required for this community.
The deposit schedule will be: 10% – 25%
Lot 408 will be a Hamilton two-car model.

The developer is installing a four-rail vinyl fence along the entire frontage of Route 35. Ivory Homes will be responsible for front yard fencing which will be installed at the time of landscaping.
Ivory Homes will install full-yard landscaping with a natural look which may include native grasses and waterwise plants in the front and rear yards and will follow the street tree planting plan.
